It's been a while since I've written here but I believe I'm on day 23 of medifast and I have lost 9 lbs. That is an average of 2.5 lbs per week, but I did go completely off the diet last weekend. While I was good, eating salads, lean beef, eggs, and such, I did have plenty of wine. You see, my husband and I went out of town for a wedding, something we rarely get to do. So, I did enjoy myself (no wedding cake, though) While I'm very happy that I've lost 9 lbs, it is time to amp up the weight loss. I've been saying I'm going to incorporate exercise, but it's time to do it! I think this will really help.
