Day 7.....

Today started off rough and got worse. Bad storm, nervous dog jumping iny bed at 4:30 am.   My sons coach called me at 12:30 to tell me he'd slipped in the licker room shower and had a bad laceration and ambulance was on the way.   We are in the hospital because he had bleeding in the brain.  MRI actually showed good results however do I'm hopeful we will go home tomorrow.   Weigh in was 191.6.  I managed to stay on my diet to my own amazement today
