Finally, 26th day I'm down 10 lbs!

It's a small milestone, really, but one I've been anxiously working towards. It took me just over 3.5 weeks to do it but I DO feel better.  I've been reading Lyns blog EscapefromObesity and it's so in line with how I feel many days, myself. I do feel I've become obsessed with "the diet" and I do weight every day (probably a mistake).  I have had down days when I didn't understand why I was remaining at the same weight for 7 days. But, now, in retrospect, it's all been worth it.  So, I'll keep going forward and posting as I go. Yay for me! 186.6!  Sounds a little better than 196.6!
