Just a quick log in. I just finished some baked chicken and I've probably had too many veggies today. I made a cucumber / tomato / olive (just 4) / lettuce salad in balsamic vinegar and it was delightful....but, probably too much. I've also had a few too many almonds. Anyway, better luck tomorrow, and I will do it. Hopefully, even though I have my monthly, I'll have lost weight once I get past the bloated phase of the cycle. TMI, I know, but just keeping it real.
